How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?
1. Processing Time
In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours. If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.
Pre-Sale Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.

1. 30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

This pic is my 2nd installing. I got so many compliments. My 1st installment i wore for 2 days, sleeping in it in a hair bonnet overnight. But the glued edges came loose even though I had the edges tied down because I sweat. However I love it so much.

I purchased this wig and had a special order, I ordered ombre brown, 100 strands with 16”, It is the HD full lace Boho braided with curls. Did I say “I Love it”, I will definitely be ordering it again. It was so easy to cut the lace and easy to put on, I am a Stroke Survivor, with left sided deficits which mean I can only use my right hand which I did with no problem. I highly recommend this wig and any other one you like, great quality and the absolute best customer service ever. Thank you Customer Service because I had many questions.

This wig was ordered to wear especially on vacation to the Bahamas. It passed my test light weight, cool on scalp, and very attractive. I received multiple compliments. I preferred to wear it with the lace tucked under until my skills with lace melt improves.
