We use premium lightweight synthetic fiber for the braids because it holds its shape beautifully, stays neat longer than human-hair braids. This keeps your braided style fresh with minimal upkeep.

- Human-hair boho curls for a natural, tangle-free finish
While synthetic braids don’t tangle, boho curls can. That’s why we use 100% human hair for the curls. It offers soft movement, a realistic texture, easier maintenance and tangle-free.

- For Salt & Pepper wigs: special blended curls
To create the authentic white and grey tones in Salt & Pepper styles, we use a high-quality human-hair/synthetic blend for the boho curls. Pure human hair cannot achieve a true white color, but our blend delivers the right shade while still keeping the curls soft and tangle-resistant.

In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours.  If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.

Pre-Sale/Custom Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.

Absolutely! As long as the wig is unused and the lace remains uncut, we’re happy to process an exchange or return within 30 days. We will pay for the return shipping fee if you return it within 7 days.

To find your perfect fit, measure your head circumference using a soft measuring tape. Follow these three simple steps:

1. Start at the front hairline - place the tape at the center of your forehead.
   
2. Go around the ear and nape - wrap the tape just above your ears, down to the nape of your neck, and around the other ear.
   
3. Meet back at the front - bring the tape back to your starting point and note the total in inches.
   

This number is your head circumference, which determines your cap size. You can also watch our video tutorial regarding how to measure your head circumference to pick the right cap size.

The baby hair can be gently pulled or torn off the lace to create a clean hairline. We recommend this method instead of cutting, which could damage the lace.
