Return & Exchange Policy
1. 30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Your Concierge
Please do not send the wig back without contacting us first. Email our customer service team through support@jaliza.com to initiate the process. Returns sent without official confirmation and the correct warehouse address will not be eligible for a refund.
Step 2: Receive Your Shipping Label
For our US customers, returns will be directed to our local US warehouse. For international orders, our team will provide the appropriate return address. If eligible, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3: Complete the Return Form
To ensure a swift inspection and refund process, please fill out the return form included in your original package and slip it inside before sealing the box. Can’t find the form? No worries at all—simply reach out to your concierge at support@jaliza.com, and we will promptly provide you with a digital copy.
Step 4: Pack and Dispatch
Carefully pack the wig in its original packaging. Once you receive confirmation from our team, please drop off the package at the designated logistics company within 48 hours and share the tracking number with us.
Refund Process & Timeline
1. Quality Inspection
Upon receiving your package at our warehouse, our quality control team will carefully inspect the returned item to ensure the lace is uncut and the wig remains unworn.
2. Return Confirmation
Within 7 days of receiving your return package, our customer service team will personally notify you regarding the status of your inspection and refund approval.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
