Artículos en preventa: Estos productos aún se están elaborando. Espere de 1 a 2 semanas para la producción antes del envío. Una vez listos, seguirán el cronograma de envío estándar a continuación.

Devoluciones y cambios gratuitos durante 30 días

Queremos que ames completamente tu nueva corona. Si no estás 100% satisfecho, puedes iniciar una devolución dentro de los 30 días de haber recibido tu pedido. Una vez solicitada, por favor envía el artículo dentro de los 3 días (podemos extender este plazo a 7 días en circunstancias especiales).
2. Envío de devolución gratuito
Tu comodidad es nuestra prioridad. Te enviaremos una etiqueta de devolución prepagada y cubriremos la tarifa de envío de devolución siempre que el artículo sea enviado de vuelta dentro de los 7 días de tu solicitud de devolución.
3. Condición de la peluca
Para ser elegible para un reembolso completo o un cambio, todas las unidades devueltas deben estar en su estado original, sin usar, sin lavar y sin daños, con el encaje sin cortar y todas las etiquetas originales adjuntas. Por razones de higiene y calidad, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de productos usados o alterados.
4. ¿Dañado al llegar?
Inspeccionamos rigurosamente cada peluca antes del envío. Sin embargo, si tu producto llega dañado debido al tránsito, por favor contáctanos dentro de las 48 horas de la recepción con fotos o videos. Inmediatamente arreglaremos un reemplazo impecable y cubriremos todos los costos de envío de devolución (hasta $10).
5. Cambios de estilo y de opinión
Cambiar de opinión está perfectamente bien. Si deseas cambiar tu peluca por un estilo o color diferente dentro de los 30 días, nuestro equipo de conserjería está aquí para ayudarte. Siempre que la unidad esté impecable y el encaje esté sin cortar, te guiaremos a través del proceso de cambio. Además, si solicitas el cambio dentro de los primeros 7 días de la entrega, JALIZA cubrirá con gusto los costos de envío de devolución, absolutamente sin cargos por manejo.
6. Pedidos personalizados
Dado que las piezas personalizadas se elaboran meticulosamente a mano específicamente para ti, se consideran venta final. Los pedidos personalizados no se pueden devolver ni cambiar a menos que haya un defecto de calidad confirmado a la llegada.

Love the hair best wig yet

This is my very first wig I bought from Jaliza...the Michelle wig. This is what started it all. Since then, I have been hooked! I have Michelle in 3 different colors in my collection. You can wear her in a wet/wavy style or you can add a bit of mousse to make the curls pop a bit more. I have washed this wig several times and it always goes back to its original form. 10/10

I love this wigs especially the way it looks so real
Shipping was super fast again and this Bora bora wig is already my 3rd braided unit from this company in 3 weeks! I really wanted it in 18” but it only comes in 16, 22 or 24, so I ordered the 22”. Shouldve ordered the 16” as it was a longer for my preference but I trimmed it so now length is good. Looks like legit braids w/o the 10hr chair! Texture is body wave so hangs straighter than my curly units. Feels like it has more braids on the cap than my other units making it bulkier on the scalp but it’s growing on me. Cowashed well and no shedding. Easy to style for beach wavy look and I’m going to try flexi rods for some curls. Another awesome unit from this company! Better run b4 it sells out!
I’ll be honest, I was really skeptical about ordering this unit at first. I’ve been wearing glueless wigs for about three years now, and usually I’ll just go get my hair braided—but the hours spent in the salon are agonizing. On top of that, I have fine, thin hair and I really don’t want to keep putting stress and damage on it. But let me tell you… I LOVE this braided Bora Bora wig! It is absolutely beautiful. The braids are neat, the style is gorgeous, and it looks so natural. I’m already planning to purchase another one, maybe a longer length. For reference, the unit I have now is 26 inches, and I’m obsessed.

I live this unit! Its completely glueless...so quick and easy to put on. I like this length too...but if you want to put it up, you'd have to get the longer one. I love the color too. This is my 4th unit from Jaliza and they are all beautiful!

Took it straight out the box and put it on. I will lightly trim the lace . But this is the Ultimate so versatile so gorgeous so natural looking and soft. Rather than sitting at the braiding salon for hours and hours and paying over $300 . This unit right here is definitely undoubtedly worth the investment. Does not need any sprays or oil or mousse .
