1. Tiempo de procesamiento
Artículos en stock: Los pedidos se procesan y están listos para su envío en 24 horas hábiles. Si necesita su peluca para una fecha específica (por ejemplo, para un evento o vacaciones), le recomendamos elegir un artículo en stock y mejorar a envío acelerado.
Artículos en preventa: Estos productos aún se están fabricando. Por favor, espere de 1 a 2 semanas para la producción antes del envío. Una vez listos, seguirán el cronograma de envío estándar a continuación.
2. Tiempo de envío

1. Devoluciones sin preocupaciones en 30 días
Queremos que ames completamente tu nueva corona. Si no estás 100% satisfecho, puedes iniciar una devolución dentro de los 30 días de haber recibido tu pedido. Una vez solicitada, por favor envía el artículo dentro de los 3 días (podemos extender esto a 7 días bajo circunstancias especiales).
2. Envío de devolución gratuito
Tu comodidad es nuestra prioridad. Te enviaremos una etiqueta de devolución prepagada y cubriremos el costo de envío de devolución siempre y cuando el artículo sea devuelto dentro de los 7 días de tu solicitud de devolución.
3. Condición de la peluca
Para ser elegible para un reembolso completo o un cambio, todas las unidades devueltas deben estar en su estado original, sin usar, sin lavar y sin daños, con el encaje sin cortar y todas las etiquetas originales adjuntas. Por razones de higiene y calidad, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de productos usados o alterados.
4. ¿Dañado al llegar?
Inspeccionamos rigurosamente cada peluca antes del envío. Sin embargo, si tu producto llega dañado debido al tránsito, contáctanos dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la recepción con fotos o videos. Inmediatamente organizaremos un reemplazo impecable y cubriremos todos los costos de envío de devolución (hasta $10).
5. Cambios de estilo y cambio de opinión
Cambiar de opinión está perfectamente bien. Si deseas cambiar tu peluca por un estilo o color diferente dentro de los 30 días, nuestro equipo de conserjería está aquí para ayudarte. Siempre y cuando la unidad esté impecable y el encaje sin cortar, te guiaremos a través del proceso de cambio. Además, si solicitas el cambio dentro de los primeros 7 días de la entrega, JALIZA cubrirá gustosamente los costos de envío de devolución, sin cargos por manejo.
6. Pedidos personalizados
Dado que las piezas personalizadas se elaboran meticulosamente a mano específicamente para ti, se consideran venta final. Los pedidos personalizados no se pueden devolver ni cambiar a menos que haya un defecto de calidad confirmado a la llegada.

Very nice wig this my second wig from JALIZA and both my wigs I can put on anytime without them being tangled or nappy. They aren’t heavy and they look like I went to the braid shop to get installed. I’m very happy with my purchases. Oh did I mention they are affordable too? Can’t wait to purchase more I may start ordering 2 each time I place a order.

I absolutely LOVE this wig. I always have my wigs professionally installed. I did this one all by myself. The hair is beautiful and the lace is truly invisible. No tangles at all. It’s awesome to be able to run my fingers through it at any time. Just buy it!!! You won’t regret it.

The LuLu Bora Bora Boho boxed braided wig is everything I was looking for! The fact that the braids are individual, throughout the whole cap and are full with no bald spots is a plus. I like that the braids are loose enough to move around and not just stuck in one style like only a center part. You can part it anywhere you want and the braids will lay down just fine. Will definitely be purchasing more from Jaliza .

I purchased this in 24 inches and it’s well made and beautiful. This wig is fire if you like big hair this wig is for you. Big hair is what’s up. It looks like my natural hair.
This wig is nice but it doesn’t look like 18 inch long. When you put it on it look like 16 inches.

The hair was too short. In my opinion I was given a 16in wig. Not sure why you don't put the measurement in the wig. Very disappointed customer
The 18-inch length is ideal—not too long, not too short. I can wear it to work or brunch and still feel stylish but not overdone.
I was worried the curly ends might tangle, but they’re soft and hold their shape beautifully. The blend with the braids looks so natural.
It gives volume without being heavy. The wig feels light on my head, but still looks full and bouncy. I love JALIZA!
