How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?

In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours. If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.
Pre-Sale Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.

We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The hair is good quality and lightweight. I got so many compliments. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the shipping. I received this hair in almost 3 weeks from the day of my purchase. If you’re from the US and you need this hair right away , make sure you plan ahead and order this hair at least a month in advance . Shipping was terrible.

I like the time frame which I received the wig.The wig is beautiful,but I thought I ordered the one with the braids and not the dreads,they like to nappy,I love the human hair mixed in and the length of the dread braids are short.I will order again,just next time it will be braids,they look smoother in the back.The wig is also light on my head.Over all the wig is made well,I just don't like the dread look for me.

I was a little disappointed that my order took a month to come when some reviews said 2 weeks for arrival (ordered March 8th and received April 8th). However, when the unit arrived I was more than pleased! The quality and natural look is great. The unit also feels light and doesn’t hurt my head. This was supposed to be vacation hair but I might wear it everyday. I might just order another!
