We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).

Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

This is my first time purchasing a braided wig and I must say I’ll definitely be ordering another one .
I love the length & how soft it is. It's very pretty. I cut too much baby hair off because I usually don't where it. So that is new as well as having to use adhesive on the sides which I am not good at. But this is a beautiful wig.
I love my purchase! I do wish the curls were a little bit more fluffier but all the same, would be again. I gave my own special touch & I believe it ate. Giving scalp & more, what do yall think? Send me a few in different colors please.

The best thing about Jaliza units is you have size choices from Ex-small to Ex-large. I have not found a brand yet to offer 5 different sizes. Jaliza is my go to brand.

This wig is Nice!!! I left the baby hairs and just brushed back. I did not use any glue at all. I did cut the ends a little bit. But, I got so many compliments on this wig!!! I been married 45 years and my husband says, I really got it going on at 67🥰

This the color and style I wanted for vacation! Ok so my review...length is down to the small of my back (I'm 5'5) which is ok for me. I ended up having to cut off 1 braid on each side to make it sit right. I love the adjustable bands at the back, that's really allowed the fit. The bigger band in the middle had issues staying in the sleeve/holder on one side so the smaller adjustable bands were great! There was too much adult (baby) hair and I ended up cutting most of it off. The lace was awesome and really transparent! I loved it! The only thing I didn't like was the "rubber" smell of the wig when I took it out of the box.
I gave it a 4 mostly because of the smell. I tried letting the air out for about two days and the chemical smell just didn’t go away once I washed it. It was good. I ordered the large and it fit perfectly on my head. Think I wanna get it again in black. Very lightweight the band could be a little better but it’s fine for now.
Good purchase. Wish the curls were more defined but the quality of the lace is great. I colored the ends so it had an ombre look.
