In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours. If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.
Pre-Sale Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.

We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

The wig is beautiful! The lace is thin and was easy to melt. The curls are so soft and I've gotten so many compliments. I will be purchasing more wigs!!
Sooooooo I’m a very detailed, picky person. However, with that being said, I normally don’t recommend wig company’s. This one here, this wig… is worth the purchase and investment. The cap is the best fit I have experienced for quite sometime. I do use a little glue on the edge near the ear because it doesn’t lay flat. The Swiss lace matches my skin color and it gives a natural look.

It is natural light weight. These are the first braided wigs that feels like your own hair. I am spreading the word. Keep doing what you doing. Adding a drawstring will make it more excellent. But all in all, I give jaliza wigs 10 out of 10 on everything: looks, size, weight, natural, quality and chic.
