How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?

In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours. If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.
Pre-Sale/Custom Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.
Note: To check processing time, look below the "Add to cart" button on the product page. It will state either "In stock, ready to ship" or "Pre sale - Ships within 2 weeks."

Can I return the wig if I don't like the color or the cap size doesn't fit?
Absolutely! As long as the wig is unused and the lace remains uncut, we’re happy to process an exchange or return within 30 days. We will pay for the return shipping fee if you return it within 7 days.
Do you offer different cap sizes, color or length for this wig?

How do I measure my head for the right JALIZA wig cap size?
To find your perfect fit, measure your head circumference using a soft measuring tape. Follow these three simple steps:
- Start at the front hairline - place the tape at the center of your forehead.
- Go around the ear and nape - wrap the tape just above your ears, down to the nape of your neck, and around the other ear.
- Meet back at the front - bring the tape back to your starting point and note the total in inches.
This number is your head circumference, which determines your cap size. You can also watch our video tutorial regarding how to measure your head circumference to pick the right cap size.
Can I get a braided wig without baby hair?
The baby hair can be gently pulled or torn off the lace to create a clean hairline. We recommend this method instead of cutting, which could damage the lace.
