We offer free shipping for all wig orders over $69 within the United States, Canada, and all of Europe, excluding remote areas.

We deliver to many regions in the US, Canada, and across Europe, including France, Germany, the UK, Belgium, and more. If your country isn't listed and you wish to purchase, please contact our customer service at support@jaliza.com for assistance.
How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?
1. Processing Time
In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours. If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.
Pre-Sale Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.

1. 30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

I do not like getting my hair braided at all but I love braided styles. Im a full wig girl, this was the perfect wig when I saw it i fell in love. This is my summer goto braids I can wear in different styles and it's a wig. I definitely say get her ASAP you won't be disappointed.

First let me start by saying that I will forever be a customer of Jaliza. The quality and styles are not comparable to any other company out there ( in my opinion , of course ) I loved the braided design of this wig but I wanted it shorter, less bulk and highlighted strands . Jaliza delivered ! What I also like is they don’t charge extra to customize a wig. The customization didn’t take long at all as well as the shipping .
First Jaliza purchase and I must say: the wig is stunning. I get sooo many compliments, and no one can tell it’s a wig. My mom was so impressed, that I ordered her one for herself (different style, but arrived just as top tier). It’s truly a high quality product that I have worn faithfully for the last week. Beautiful beautiful wig! Very natural looking & easy to install. The only thing is I don’t think that it’s true to length. The 24 inch appears to be more like 20 inches. I should’ve got the 30 inch but I love the wig!
I really loved the quality of this wig. I received many compliments and it looks exactly as pictured. The item did take several weeks to arrive but they did refund me my expedited shipping costs back to me for the delay. I will order again in the future
