3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.

**I am still waiting for someone to reply to my email about this unit. This hairline is NOT acceptable and someone should have contacted me personally.** Hello, I recently took this wig out of the package because I specifically saved it to wear on my summer cruise. Although I purchased it several months ago, this was my first time trying it on. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the hairline. As you can see in the attached photos, the braids along the front hairline are braided so tightly and so close to the lace that there is no way to achieve a natural-looking install. The lace cannot lay properly because there is no realistic hairline to work with. I am not a professional braider, nor should I have to pay someone to completely redo the front of a brand-new wig just to make it wearable. This wig is not usable for me in its current condition. I cannot even wear it casually, much less on the cruise I purchased it for. I realize I should have contacted you sooner, but I intentionally saved this wig for summer. That does not change the fact that the workmanship around the hairline is poor. Please share this feedback with your braiders. The front hairline is the most important part of a braided wig and should not be braided so tightly that the customer cannot create a natural appearance. I spent a significant amount of money on this wig, and I honestly feel that I wasted my money. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would appreciate knowing what you can do to help resolve this situation. Thank you.

Hair is really soft and realistic. I really like this wig. My only small issue is the smell. It was still strong after soaking/washing in shampoo. After it dried, I sprayed it with dry shampoo to help with the smell.
