We offer free shipping for all wig orders over $69 within the United States, Canada, and all of Europe, excluding remote areas.

How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?
1. Processing Time
In Stock Items: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours. If you need your wig by a specific date (e.g., for an event or vacation), we recommend choosing an In Stock item and upgrade to expedited shipping.
Pre-Sale Items: These products are still being crafted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, they will follow the standard shipping timeline below.

30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
1. 30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).
2. Complimentary Return Shipping
Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

Each braid is crafted with lightweight synthetic fiber to stay neat and hold its shape, while the virgin human-hair boho curls add softness, movement and a tangle free finish. Each bundle comes pre-braided in your choice of five gorgeous colors: from classic 1B to beautifully blended 30/27, 1B-4-30, 4-27, and 4-30-27. Available in 14" (50 braids), 18" (45 braids) and 22" (40 braids), these ready-to-use braids are perfect for sewing into the back cornrows to add quick volume and length. One braids bundle/weft can save 40 minutes to 1 hour of braiding time, making installs faster without compromising on a natural, soft finish.
